Emily Sydenstricker, APP is a certified polarity practitioner registered by the American Polarity Therapy Association. APTA sets standards, rules, and regulations for the profession of polarity therapy and has a strict code of ethics. Emily completed her studies at the Cleveland Polarity Center. This institution operates as part of the Ohio Institute of Energetic Studies and Bodywork and is registered by the State of Ohio Board of Proprietary Schools.
Emily believes it is important for people to be educated on the mind, body, spirit connection. She feels that your mind must be balanced in order for your body to become balanced. If you give your body the necessary nutrients by eating the right foods and supplements, exercise regularly, and receive the appropriate body treatments, your body chemistry will flow more freely.
